Navigating Parenthood: Sailing Towards Timeless Health

This summer, we took the kids on a summer trip that had us starting on Manitoulin Island. After a few days there at a family cottage we took the Chi-Cheemaun Ferry across Lake Huron to Tobermory.

The weather was not so cooperative the day we took the ferry and we were treated to a pretty rocky ride. However, despite the waves, it was a great experience for our kiddos.

The trip on the ferry got me to thinking about the journey of health as a busy parent and 9-5er.

Imagining life as a vast ocean, and each wave as a cherished moment with my little ones. Amidst the ebb and flow of parenting, our health often becomes the forgotten treasure buried beneath the sands of time.
